I too had thought that Z2 finally pulled the plug on both Trade Nations and Battle Nations (both had the same message), since both games have been languishing for a long time. The servers seem to be back up, whatever the problem was. Of course, there is nothing on the Z2 forums (other than folks wondering if the games have been killed).
