To simply put it, it has been way too long since our old forum closed its doors. We need a place we can call home again. Thank you to those that kept our chatters and conversations going in various places, (KIK, LINE, FB, etc) you know who you are!
I returned to the TN last summer after taking a year break. I spent about 4-5 months redecorating and even came up with new designs for several of my villages. I had a blast doing it. Also, I decided to go back and complete all of my achievements in all 25 villages. (What a crazy task!) But I did it all! Oh, I ended up spending more $$$$ than I wanted to during the process (boo!). Then I quit playing again, thought I would have more time for other things, such as painting, baking, family, work, etc. But I fell back to my old habits and picked up other games. Urg. I have been playing Hay Day and Township like mad. But it's just not the same... though I enjoyed my game-time, I missed everyone.... and that's why I'm here now. Hopefully to be able to catch up with old friends and make new ones.
So what have you been doing with your life... after TN?

I too took time off as an active player on TN. I continued having partys twice a week but lost the connection with players when the (unofficial) TN site went down. LOL. Boy that was a turning point in the game. I also play hayday and township. I really miss the good times with TN. Glad to be here Annie. Thanks for starting this site.

I have not stopped playing Trade Nations. I have a relaxed party group on Line with 70 current players. I continue to find new friends through TN but continue to keep in contact with old friends from TN especially Tili. I will let her know about this new forum.

I think Lulu is the most dedicated leader since she kept the old forum alive for so long even with onslaughts of advertisements for months with very few people visiting.

Are you psychic Annie? I started the last Masquerade in my baby village, BeMyValentine, yesterday (on Valentine's Day, of course!) I forgot how to navigate through the village and even where to find the tokens! Too funny! At least I remembered my password since it's been almost 2 years since I logged in. Hi everyone! Pinky, (Welcome!) I know how you feel, do you want to know what's funny? When I first went back to the game, I couldn't start a Bonfire because it needed Frankfurters (hotdog looking things). But I didn't understand why I couldn't make it from the Butcher Shop; it wasn't a choice! Thinking, what gives? I pinged Debbie and she told me I had to be awarded frankfurters. Oh... I felt silly.

Hi guys, after quiting TN 2.5yrs ago (????where did the time go?!) I've been playin HD (stopped playing that around last summer), Paradise Island (thought it would be great but it wasn't), TN North Pole (3 weeks was long enough), Plunder Pirates (Pinky pushed me into that.....thx Pinkster????) , Township (although it's getting boring) and recently took over my kids unattended town in CoC. And it's not a bad game I have to admit. Oh and I might have tried 2048 once or twice which makes it totally normal that Snowy has a better highscore. And yes....I am in Pinky's valentine TN reunion Masq and BF. And I admit, I did set my alarm and woke up in the middle of the night to collect. And yes, it felt really good to do it. And no.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! |

Kitoko, what did we do back then... I just remember getting no sleep at all, not doing what I am supposed to be doing at work and at home, and wasting a lot of time.
Hi Lulu, I kept a lot of avatars from when I was trying to animate them on them old forum. okay, I am also a closet avatar hoarder. :-X
