to easily find new posts that you havent read yet?
I know at the moment its not a major issue, but if memory serves me we used to have some HUGE threads that went on for pages and pages and remembering where you got to gets pretty difficult for this old woman with a goldfish memory!

Hi Lulu. If you click on the small-blue "new" icon next to an unread thread will take you directly to the first unread post of that thread.

I have to say, Proboards does a really nice job of making sure that a wide range of basic and advanced features are available. I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface yet. The anti-SPAM controls are excellent too. I would not expect us to run into the same issues as the old site. Let me know if there are other suggestions. I'd be glad to research them.

Hi Annie. For some reason I'm not seeing the "new" icon next to threads. Does it refresh every time I visit the forum so that if I miss new posts, they will no longer show up the next time I visit the forum?

Never mind I think I figured out. My internet connection is just so slow that I am not waiting long enough for the page to load and the icon to show up.
